Typically a commercial invoice, packing list, Bill of Lading or Airway Bill, IEC, GST registration, and any product-specific licences or certificates (BIS, FSSAI, etc.). We'll confirm the exact checklist for your product.
How long does customs clearance take?
Sea cargo is usually cleared within 24–48 hours of arrival when documents are in order; air cargo can often be cleared the same day. Examination or regulatory checks may add time.
Do you handle both import and export clearance?
Yes. We file Bills of Entry for imports and Shipping Bills for exports, and also assist with duty drawback, RoDTEP and other export incentives.
Which locations do you serve?
Our head office is in Greater Noida (Delhi NCR) with branches in Kolkata and Mumbai, covering major seaports, ICDs and air cargo complexes in North, East and West India.
